At retail markets, prices are stable. Currently, Jasmine rice costs 18,000 – 20,000 VND/kg; Nang Nhen rice 30,000 VND/kg; Nang Hoa rice 20,000 VND/kg; Regular rice usually fluctuates around 15,000 – 16,000 VND/kg; long-sliced ​​pineapple 19,000 – 20,000 VND/kg; Huong jasmine rice 20,000 VND/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice 21,000 VND/kg; Common white rice 18,000 VND/kg; Soc rice usually costs 18,000 – 19,000 VND/kg; Soc Thai rice costs 18,500 VND/kg; Japanese rice costs 22,000 VND/kg.

It is noted that in many localities today, market rice prices are stable and transactions are slow. In Tien Giang, rice has arrived again, the price is stable compared to yesterday. In Dong Thap, prices are less volatile, sources are less, warehouse purchases are slower than yesterday.

On the export market, export rice prices decreased slightly by 1 – 3 USD/ton. Of which, standard 5% broken rice decreased slightly by 3 USD, down to 582 USD/ton; Standard 25% broken rice decreased by 1 USD, down to 557 USD/ton. Particularly, 100% broken rice remained stable at 485 USD/ton.
