Shipping method

Gạo Nhật Thành always provides convenience and ensures the safety of our customers’ transactions. We currently offer the following methods for delivering goods:

1. Home delivery

     1.1. Applicable target

Applicable to customers in Hanoi or nearby areas within a radius of 30km

     1.2. Shipping fees.

• Free delivery for customers in inner districts of Danang for orders over 2 million VND.
• A shipping fee of 50,000 VND – 100,000 VND will be charged for customers in outer districts of Danang or for orders with a value less than 2 million VND.

2. Through third-party shipping services.

     2.1. Applicable target

Applicable to customers in other provinces and cities across the country.

     2.2. Shipping fees.

The shipping fee is calculated based on the third-party shipping service’s fee schedule.
