Warranty Policy

All products purchased at Gạo Nhật Thành are eligible for a 1-for-1 exchange if they are faulty, unsatisfactory or defective.

  1. Warranty period:

Customers can check the warranty period on the purchasing website or contact the nearest warranty center, or directly call the hotline at 0976 691 717.

  1. Warranty conditions:
  • The product is still within the warranty period.
  • The warranty card is fully completed with information, and the warranty label is intact, not torn or erased. For products that do not have a warranty card, the warranty period will be based on the manufacturing date on the product.
  • The product is damaged due to mold, defects, or malfunction caused by the quality of the rice.
  • The product is not excluded from warranty.

Cases not covered by warranty:

  • Damages caused by transportation, storage, improper cooking, or improper storage.
  • Damages caused by exposure to water, humidity, or environmental conditions.
  • Damages caused by animals or insects.
  • Acts of God, such as earthquakes, fires, etc
