In the rice market, today’s price is flat. On the other hand, 3-month sticky rice (fresh) and Long An sticky rice (fresh) continued to be stable today.

In the rice market, rice prices today tend to go sideways. In particular, rice is often purchased by traders at a price of about 17,000 – 18,000 VND/kg. However, other rice products kept their listed prices unchanged compared to yesterday. The bran market continues to be quiet, fluctuating from 9,000 VND/kg to 10,000 VND/kg.

For rice products, the price of IR 504 raw rice fluctuates around 10,050 – 11,150 VND/kg, an increase of 150 VND/kg; IR 504 finished rice decreased slightly at 13,050 – 13,150 VND/kg.

Today’s by-products have a slight increase, with prices increasing by 100 – 200 VND/kg. Currently, the price of dry bran is at 7,350 – 7,450 VND/kg. Accordingly, the price of IR 504 panels remains stable at 10,100 – 10,600 VND/kg.

At retail markets, rice prices are adjusted for some rice products. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of 30,000 VND/kg; Jasmine rice 18,000 – 20,000 VND/kg; Nang Hoa rice 20,000 VND/kg; Regular rice usually fluctuates around 17,000 – 18,000 VND/kg; long-sliced ​​pineapple 19,000 – 20,000 VND/kg; Huong jasmine rice 20,000 VND/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice 20,000 VND/kg; Common white rice 18,000 VND/kg; Soc rice usually costs 17,000 – 19,000 VND/kg; Soc Thai rice costs 18,500 VND/kg; Japanese rice costs 22,000 VND/kg.

In the export market, Vietnam’s export rice prices continue to remain stable. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), standard 5% broken rice is currently at 573 USD/ton; 25% broken rice at 558 USD/ton; 100% broken rice remained stable at 478 USD/ton.
