Japanese rice is at 7,800 – 8,000 VND/kg; Nang Hoa 9 rice costs 7,600 – 7,700 VND/kg and Nang Nhen rice (dried) at 20,000 VND/kg; 3-month sticky rice (dried) 8,800 – 9,000 VND/kg.

Accordingly, the sticky rice market recorded no adjustment compared to yesterday. 3-month sticky rice (dried) maintains the same price compared to the price from 8,800 VND/kg to 9,200 VND/kg. Similarly, 9,500 – 9,700 VND/kg is the selling price applied to Long An sticky rice (dried). On the other hand, 3-month sticky rice (fresh) and Long An sticky rice (fresh) continued to be stable today.

Recorded at rice warehouses in Sa Dec (Dong Thap), warehouses bought in moderation, beautiful rice varieties, stable prices. Localities such as Can Tho, Dong Thap, and An Giang today have not had much rice supply, transactions are sporadic, beautiful rice is few, prices are stable, demand from warehouses is not strong.

In the export market, Vietnam’s export rice prices continue to remain stable. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), standard 5% broken rice is currently at 573 USD/ton; 25% broken rice at 552 USD/ton; 100% broken rice remained stable at 483 USD/ton.
