Accordingly, at An Giang warehouse, the price of IR 504 rice and sticky rice was adjusted up. Specifically, An Giang sticky rice (fresh) is being purchased by traders at 5,800 – 6,000 VND/kg, an increase of 100 VND/kg. IR 504 rice is also adjusted to increase by 100 VND/kg to 6,500 – 6,700 VND/kg.

Meanwhile, the price of Dai Thong 8 rice decreased by 100 VND/kg to 6,800 – 7,000 VND/kg.

With the remaining rice varieties, prices remained stable. Accordingly, OM 5451 rice fluctuates from 6,400 to 6,600 VND/kg; OM 18 rice price 6,600 – 6,800 VND/kg; Miss Hoa 9 costs 6,600 – 6,800 VND/kg; Japanese rice is also stable at 7,800 – 8,000 VND/kg; Nang Nhen rice (dry) at 13,000 VND/kg.

With sticky rice, Long An sticky rice (fresh) ranges from 6,300 to 6,400 VND/kg; AG (dry) sticky rice at 7,400 – 7,600 VND/kg; Long An sticky rice (dry) costs 7,700 – 7,900 VND/kg.

For rice, the price of raw materials and finished products decreased. Specifically, the price of IR 504 raw rice is being purchased at 10,100, down 50 VND/kg; price of finished rice at 11,500 – 11,550 VND/kg, down 50 VND/kg.

For by-products, the price of IR 504 sheet is at 9,700 – 9,800 VND/kg. Meanwhile, dried bran decreased by 100 VND/kg to 7,550-7,600 VND/kg.

At retail markets, rice prices are not adjusted. Specifically, intestinal sticky rice remains stable at 14,000 – 16,000 VND/kg. Rice usually costs 11,000 – 12,000 VND/kg.

Nang Nhen rice is priced at 22,000 VND/kg. Long grain Thai fragrant rice maintains 18,000 – 19,000 VND/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice costs 15,000 – 16,000 VND/kg.

Huong Lai rice costs 19,000 VND/kg; Common white rice costs 14,500 VND/kg; Nang Hoa rice costs 18,500 VND/kg; Soc rice usually fluctuates from 14,000 to 15,000 VND/kg.

Soc Thai rice stable price 18,000; Taiwanese fragrant rice costs 20,000 VND/kg; Japanese rice costs 22,000 VND/kg and bran remains at 8,500 – 9,000 VND/kg.

According to traders, today the amount of rice is more than last week, the price of raw rice in buckets decreased slightly, the warehouses bought evenly.
